Overlooking the Millenium Walkway and nestled next to the River Goyt, we’re delighted to be part of the regeneration of this landmark building set in a stunning location. We have searched across Britain and beyond to find the very best cheeses that are made by artisan producers and small-scale dairy farmers. Everything is cut fresh from the wheel to the size you want and are packed full of flavour for you to enjoy. To accompany your cheese, we have a large selection of crackers and chutneys, made locally.
Fans of Belgian and German beer, we now have over 115 to choose from including local breweries, Torrside and Buxton Beer. Whether you like Lambics, Trappist beer, Porters, Stouts, IPAs, Red Ales or Pils, we’ve got something for everyone. If your preference is for wine, we have an extensive range of over 50 mainly natural wines, produced with minimum intervention, they are packed full of flavour and often low in sulphites. We have previously ran the Waltzing Weasel as a bed and breakfast but in November 2025 a new adventure began. We have a newly refurbished kitchen and large sitting area and now rent the property as a whole house.
