Our group works with schools, churches, local businesses and other community groups to actively promote the purchase and use of Fairtrade products in New Mills and the surrounding area.
We offer talks and manned stalls linked to the work Fairtrade does worldwide, nationally and locally.
Currently we are working to regain New Mills Fairtrade status and hope to gain Fairtrade accreditation for New Mills and Hayfield as a Fairtrade Zone.
