Pubs

New Mills has always been a pub town, always will be, a recent trend of locals closing down has gladly been halted and the pubs that remain have evolved to become far more than just pint pulling institutions (nothing wrong with a pint I might add).

We have pubs that now provide regular food, accommodation,  regular live music (everything from Elvis impersonators to Ukulele bands), open mic sessions, beer festivals, craft beers, quiz nights as well as the more traditional pub game leagues.

We owe a great deal to the hard work of our publicans and should raise a glass (or two) to them, ‘Cheers!’
