I am a new widow.
I am 78 in November. I have a pace maker and ablation but am quite well otherwise.
I lost my husband this year.
Still in shock, finding life scary on my own.
My daughters have supported me, but its the nightime that is most upsetting.
I am a quiet person finding it hard to go out and meet people i don,t know.
