New Mills has lots of projects that demonstrate its commitment to finding better ways to create a more sustainable future by working collaboratively together. From the Community Orchard, Fields to Fabric textile project and the Repair Café, there are lots of ways to take part and benefit. Millers’ Refillers is a well-stocked zero waste shop where you can fill your own containers with groceries, toiletries and cleaning products.  The monthly Quizit pub quiz raises thousands for good causes, and the Torrs Hydro turbine produces green energy.
