The Minutes of the meeting of 14/10/21 were accepted as a true and correct record.

  • Matters Arising
  • LSO 4th Dec – £312 profit, Climbing wall good, weather not great so some stall holder left, Fosbrooks dropped out. Otherwise good crowd attended.
  • Bank complaint – bank said human error, carried on with ombudsman, now open Natwest.
  • Natwest bank now open, need to log on to Online banking – for everyone. SW – to check regarding adding Zena AS, Jan S, Steve W to Cheque Signatures
  • Storage update – Everything in wood, check with Lyn regarding extra set of Keys, will fund for 6 months at a time rolling.
  • New Mills Move More Forum is on Wednesday 20th October – Youth matter starting a youth group for different age group
  • 500 trees planted in Mousley Bottom. SW – Check where we could plant trees if wanted to do this year.
  • ZA – to complete Bin map to add to VNM.
  • Co-op Local community fund – Attended thank you day in Co-op, recognise help and assistance in the last year. Consider what we can spend fund on, come with ideas for next meeting. More maps printed.
