Apex New Mills began in 2021 with a BANG. After seeing the success of Apex HQ in Denton and the watching the sport of cheerleading grow across the UK, we wanted to bring Apex Cheer to the kids in the High Peak area.
Lessons are every Saturday based at New Mills Leisure Centre for all children ages 6+. Apex is a family run business and aims to extend that family atmosphere to the children involved in classes!
Gaining Olympic recognition in 2021 and growing in popularity thanks to the super popular Netflix show ‘Cheer’, Cheerleading is an activity with elements of dance, stunts and gymnastics.
We hope to bring the popular sport of the cheer to the kids in the area and get them to love this sport as much as we do!
