Mondays - Basketball from 4.30pm to 6pm (£3 per session)
Tuesdays - Cookery classes for juniors and adults from 4.30pm. Bookable only.
Wednesdays - Forget me not Cafe from 11.30am to 1pm. £5 buys hot lunch, cakes/desserts unlimited tea/coffer and opportunities to chat and socialise.
Wednesdays - Takiwatanga from 4.30pm to 6pm for children and young people with neurodiversities - and family support group. (No charge)
Thursdays - Boxing sessions run from 6pm - 7pm (8 - 11 yrs £3) and 7pm - 8pm (11+ £3)
Fridays - Toddler mayhem runs from 9.30am to 11am. Free to attend, all donations welcome. Refreshments and biscuits, toast, juice, tea/coffee provided.
Fridays - Youth clubs (no charge) run from 5pm to 6.30pm (under 11's) and 7pm - 8.30pm (11+)

I teach all levels of Reiki, Essenian Healing modalities and Course in Creation - intuitive healing development. The Essenian Healing modalities work deeply in our electro-magnetic energy fields, locating core problems and making lasting noticeable changes. We can reduce/re-verse or neutralise a wide range of physical, emotional, mental problems, diseases and discomforts, (Childhood) trauma, addictions, especially when other holistic healing or medical treatments didn't help (enough). 5 week courses that teach the loving techniques of baby massage. The course will teach a full body massage routine and a sequence that can help with colic or wind.
