Thank you for your continued support, ‘visitnewmills.co.uk’ was launched in 2015 to help both show how we serve the community, and showcase the best parts of New Mills, the town with the big heart. A lot has changed in these 7 years! But, we still love it here, and we want to show the rest of the world why!
Although we have great following on social media twitter (2000+ followers), Instagram (2000+ followers), and Facebook (10,000+ likes) the website will give you lots more and it available to anyone with internet.
We are still awaiting information from some groups and businesses and we know it doesn’t cover everything yet. If you have any other ideas or features that you would like to see, let us know or if you are a community group – we’ll add a page for you, just send over the text and a good image or two and we will do the rest to visitnewmills@hotmail.co.uk
We hope you will continue to LOVE it, VISIT regularly, and share with your family and friends.
This most recent update will help you find out information about the town you live in or if you choose to visit New Mills.
Over the summer our volunteers have worked to update and refresh ‘visitnewmills.co.uk’. The majority of pages have been updated with the latest information, links or images, with plenty of new pages added a full list is below, why not take a look and share it with your friends!

The link on the Events that takes you to the Facebook page is not working. I’m finding it difficult to find an events calendar where you can see upcoming events – does it exist?
Hi, The event button at top of the website home page does work and goes to the Facebook events, they are listed in date order, but unfortunately Facebook doesn’t provide a calendar format.
