Update – as of 31 May the Millennium Walkway is now reopened Overnight on 2 May the New Mills Millennium Walkway was damaged at the west end with 7 of the side cables being cut This left DCC with no alternative but to close the walkway whilst the damage is properly surveyed and repairs carries out.
