Welcome to Rock Mill Centre, a community and visitor centre to celebrate and enjoy everything New Mills.
This was the Old Heritage centre and is still a place people can come to get advice and leaflets on New Mills, walks, history and biking. This is an evolving project but the most important thing is to be a welcoming and useful place. Come to Rock Mill to chat with friendly people, learn something new, borrow an item and have a brew.
They hold regular events such as these below, plus pop events and exhibitions. All spaces are available for hire and use, as are the display boards!

- Saturdays / 14.00 – 16:00, Bike Shed (details from Youth Matters New Mills)
- Saturdays / 16:00 – 18:00 Men’s Repair Shed (fortnightly) (details from Youth Matters New Mills)
- First Saturday of the Month / 10:00 – 12:00 New Mills Terracycle Collection (details from Recycle More High Peak)
OPEN:10am to 1pm on Thursday, 10am to 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
They also sell local art and merchandise for anyone wanting a gift or souvenir.
