New Mills Youth Centre becomes the Dragons Den

nmycTwo of the countries youngest entrepreneurs will be heading to New Mills on March 27th.

Tommy Rose and Ben Towers have found success through their entrepreneurial work and are now set to inspire the young people of the High Peak.

The pair will be speaking on March 27th at New Mills Youth Centre as part of a Open night to showcase the services on offer within the Centre.

On the night there will also be an exhibition by local young photographer Alannis Barnes who will be curating a display of local photos she captured during the many community events held within New Mills.

The night provides an opportunity to showcase the talents of young people whilst also providing some inspiration to local youngsters whom have their own business aspirations.

The night is being put on by local social enterprise 4 All of us and the High Peak Youth Team who are working together to support young people in the region through opportunities such as business, music, film and sport. The two organisations hope the open evening will provide an opportunity for local residents and young people to see what services are available in the area.

The Open night takes place on Friday March 27th at 7.30pm -9.30pm at New Mills Youth Centre, Longlands Road, New Mills where there will be complimentary light refreshments and food available as well as the chance to present your business ideas to both Ben and Tommy.

Tickets are FREE, however with limited space we do require a confirmation of attendance which can be made via Scott Buckler at or by calling 01663 746043
