In the UK, there are almost 2 million people living with sight loss. That figure is set to double by 2050.
Guide Dogs is working to provide life-changing services for the independence of people living with sight loss and their friends and family. We can’t do this without your help. Please can you spare a little time to support us in Glossop and High Peak area as a Fundraising Volunteer? Become part of a local community fundraising team, in promoting and taking part in a variety of activities to raise money for Guide Dogs. This is a social role and the time commitment is very flexible.
Guide Dogs rely on donations from the public to keep our life-changing services running; less than 1% of our income comes from government funding and we rely on donations to keep our life-changing services running.
We are recruiting for different types of fundraising roles, to find out more about them visit our website: guidedogs.org.uk/how-you-can-help/volunteering-for-guide-dogs
