Forest Therapy wellbeing session

Nature New Mills and Flourish Forest Therapy are collaborating to run a Forest Therapy wellbeing session this Wednesday 13th July at 7pm in New Mills.

Forest therapy helps to connect once again with nature, creates community and inspires action for our living planet. Forest therapy is a way to rebalance the nervous system from fight/flight/freeze sympathetic reactions to nurturing and healing of the parasympathetic system.

Forest therapy is now prescribed by doctors in Japan and studies have shown it helps with stress, anxiety, depression, and helps with mental and psychological balance and physical wellness.

How much: Introductory offer £7.50 (normally £15). Flourish Forest Therapy will give a donation of £2.50 for each participant to Nature New Mills.
