The Beehive on Albion Road is the only triangular pub in New Mills, with two bars, on two floors. Serving a regularly changing selection of local cask ales and interesting bottled beers from various breweries they hold beer festivals in the summer.
Close to the canal marina and Newtown train station, with a smoking area and seating outside, inside there’s a traditional pub, with a jukebox, darts, wood burning stove, decent televisions for sports fans, wifi and regular entertainment and events.
Upstairs is a second, more contemporary Lounge Bar, serving bottled beers and wine and hosting a New Mills photography exhibition by local artist Deborah Pitman. Quiz on Sundays. Both bars are available for venue hire.
